煙塵凈化器被捕集塵粒的清除
隨著煙塵凈化器的連續(xù)工作,電暈極和收塵極上會(huì)有粉塵顆粒沉積,粉塵層厚度為幾毫米,粉生顆粒沉積在電暈極上會(huì)影響電暈電流的大小和均勻性。收集塵極板上粉塵層較厚時(shí)會(huì)導(dǎo)致火花電壓降低,電暈電流減小。為了保持靜電除塵器連續(xù)運(yùn)行,應(yīng)及時(shí)清除沉積的粉塵。收塵極清灰方法有濕式、干式和聲波三種方法。濕式靜電除塵器中,收塵極板表面經(jīng)常保持層水膜,粉塵沉降在水膜上隨水膜流下。濕法清灰的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是無(wú)二次揚(yáng)塵,同時(shí)可凈化部分有害氣體;缺點(diǎn)是腐蝕結(jié)垢問(wèn)題較嚴(yán)重,污水需要處理。干式靜電除塵器由機(jī)械撞擊或電磁振打產(chǎn)生的振動(dòng)力清灰。千式振打清灰需要適合的振打強(qiáng)度。聲波清灰對(duì)電暈極和收塵極都較好,但能耗較大的聲波清灰機(jī),理論硏究落后于應(yīng)用實(shí)踐。
With the continuous operation of the dust purifier, there will be dust particles deposition on the corona electrode and the dust collecting electrode, and the thickness of the dust layer is several millimeters. The deposition of powdery particles on the corona electrode will affect the size and uniformity of the corona current. When the dust layer on the collecting plate is thick, the spark voltage and corona current will decrease. In order to keep the electrostatic precipitator running continuously, the deposited dust should be removed in time. There are wet, dry and sonic cleaning methods for dust collector. In the wet electrostatic precipitator, there is always a water film on the surface of the collecting plate, and the dust settles on the water film and flows down with the water film. Wet ash cleaning has the advantages of no secondary dust, and can purify some harmful gases; the disadvantage is that the problem of corrosion and scaling is serious, and the sewage needs to be treated. Dry electrostatic precipitator is cleaned by vibration force produced by mechanical impact or electromagnetic vibration. The suitable rapping strength is needed for the cleaning of dust by thousand type rapping. Acoustic cleaning is better for corona electrode and dust collector, but the theoretical research of acoustic cleaning machine with large energy consumption lags behind the application practice.

粉塵落入煙塵凈化器灰斗后,要靠輸排灰裝置把粉塵從灰斗中排出來(lái)。為使粉塵順利排出,必須在灰斗上裝振打電機(jī)和卸灰閥門(mén)。用振打電機(jī)松動(dòng)粉塵,用卸灰閥排出粉塵并配套輸灰裝置運(yùn)走。
