影響工業(yè)廢氣的吸附原因有哪些?
For industrial waste gas, there are many factors affecting its adsorption, such as adsorbent, adsorbent concentration, operating conditions and adsorbent properties.
(一)吸附劑對工業(yè)廢氣吸附的影響:我們在衡量吸附劑的吸附能力時有一個概念是有效表面積,有效表面積是指吸附質分子能夠進入的表面積,隨著吸附劑表面積的增加,被吸附氣體的總量也會隨著增加。吸附劑的孔徑及顆粒度、孔隙率等都影響著比表面積的大小。
(1) Influence of adsorbent on industrial waste gas adsorption: when we measure the adsorption capacity of adsorbent, we have a concept of effective surface area, which refers to the surface area that adsorbate molecules can enter. With the increase of adsorbent surface area, the total amount of adsorbed gas will also increase. The specific surface area is affected by the pore size, particle size and porosity of adsorbent.
(二)吸附質的濃度對工業(yè)廢氣的影響:吸附質在氣箱中濃度越大吸附量也就會越大,但同時吸附質的濃度大又會使得吸附劑很快就會發(fā)生飽和,從而對于再生也很頻繁,所以吸附法不適合用來凈化污染物濃度高的氣體。
(2) Influence of adsorbent concentration on industrial waste gas: the higher the concentration of adsorbent in the gas box, the greater the adsorption capacity. But at the same time, the higher the concentration of adsorbent will make the adsorbent saturate quickly, so the regeneration is also very frequent. Therefore, the adsorption method is not suitable for purifying the gas with high pollutant concentration.
(三)操作條件對工業(yè)廢氣吸附的影響:操作條件主要是指壓力及氣體的流速、溫度等,物理吸附在低溫條件下會對吸附有利,而在化學吸附的過程中,需要提高溫度才能對其有利。從理論上來說,增加壓力對于吸附是有力的,但是壓力過高會增加能耗且在操作的方面還有更高的要求,所以在實際的工作中通常不提倡這種方法。
(3) Influence of operating conditions on industrial waste gas adsorption: operating conditions mainly refer to pressure, gas flow rate, temperature, etc. physical adsorption will be beneficial to adsorption at low temperature, while in the process of chemical adsorption, it needs to increase the temperature to be beneficial. Theoretically, increasing pressure is powerful for adsorption, but too high pressure will increase energy consumption, and there are higher requirements in operation, so this method is usually not advocated in practical work.
(四)吸附性質對于工業(yè)廢氣的影響:在除了吸附質分子的臨界直徑之外,吸附質的沸點、飽和性及相對分子質量等也對吸附量有著影響。
(4) The influence of adsorption properties on industrial waste gas: in addition to the critical diameter of adsorbate molecules, the boiling point, saturation and relative molecular weight of adsorbate also affect the adsorption capacity.
