催化燃燒設備工藝流程介紹
1. Pretreatment
對于有機廢氣,人們應首先開展水噴淋,去除廢氣內部的雜塵、可溶性有機物。噴淋后,氣體內部具有大量水分和少量粉塵,為避免水分與粉塵影響活性炭吸附床的有效運行,人們需要在處理時利用高效率的過濾器進行過濾。

經(jīng)過預處理的有機廢氣,在風機的作用下引入吸附床,將其均勻地分布在活性炭表面。依據(jù)分子間的范德華力,活性炭會將有機廢氣吸附在表面,這一過程耗時較少,但時間越長,吸附越徹底。二者之間不會發(fā)生較大的化學反應,而有機廢氣卻達到較高的凈化效果。經(jīng)過凈化后的潔凈廢氣可以達到環(huán)保部門規(guī)定的污染物排放標準。此外在風機的作用下,可以達到離地15m高空排放的標準。每套廢氣凈化處理系統(tǒng)含多個級別的吸附床,兩套用來吸附,一套用來脫附,設備之間可以實現(xiàn)輪流操作。

3、脫附與催化燃燒

在活性炭吸附到飽和程度后,切換到脫附床。脫附需要外加熱量,加熱裝置安裝在催化氧化床的內部,開啟后同時預熱催化劑。催化氧化床達到設定的溫度后,將熱空氣引入脫附床內部,有機廢氣在加熱的作用下從活性炭表面全部解析出來。

高濃度的有機廢氣在外力的作用下進入氧化床中,通過金屬鉑的催化作用,被燃燒分解為水和二氧化碳,廢氣通過這一操作得到凈化。這一燃燒過程的特征為低溫、快速以及無焰,并產(chǎn)生較大的熱量。我們可以將活性炭再次回用到有機廢氣的脫附與燃燒氧化中,從而降低能源消耗。
