1、滑動(dòng)軸承裝配
1. Sliding bearing assembly
同一傳動(dòng)中上軸承中應(yīng)在一條直線上，即保持其同軸度。軸承座接觸須緊密、牢靠地固定在機(jī)體。機(jī)械運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，軸承座不可以與機(jī)體發(fā)生相對(duì)位移。軸瓦合縫處位置的墊片不應(yīng)與軸接觸，離軸瓦內(nèi)徑邊緣一般不宜大于1mm。
In the same transmission, the upper bearing should be in a straight line, that is, keep its coaxiality. The contact of bearing seat shall be tightly and firmly fixed on the machine body. When the machine is running, the bearing seat can not move relative to the body. The gasket at the joint of the bearing bush shall not contact with the shaft, and the distance from the edge of the inner diameter of the bearing bush shall not be more than 1 mm.

滾動(dòng)軸承安裝在對(duì)開式軸承座內(nèi)時(shí)，軸承蓋和軸承座的接合面間應(yīng)無(wú)空隙，但軸承外圈兩側(cè)的瓦口處應(yīng)留出一些間隙。凡稀油潤(rùn)滑的軸承，不準(zhǔn)加潤(rùn)滑脂。滾動(dòng)軸承允許采用機(jī)油加熱進(jìn)行熱裝，油的溫度不可以高于100攝氏度。
When the rolling bearing is installed in the split type bearing seat, there should be no gap between the joint surface of the bearing cover and the bearing seat, but some gap should be left at the Bush mouth on both sides of the bearing outer ring. Grease is not allowed for bearings lubricated with thin oil. Rolling bearings are allowed to use oil heating for hot charging, and the oil temperature can not be higher than 100 ℃.

不同聯(lián)軸器的裝配，應(yīng)符合有關(guān)聯(lián)軸器標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。
The assembly of different couplings shall comply with the provisions of relevant coupling standards.
4、傳動(dòng)皮帶、鏈條和齒輪裝配
4. Assembly of drive belt, chain and gear
每對(duì)皮帶輪或鏈條裝配時(shí)兩軸的平行度偏差不應(yīng)大于0.5/1000；兩輪的輪寬度的中平面應(yīng)在同一平面上（指兩軸平行），其偏移量：三角皮帶輪或鏈輪不大于1mm，平皮帶不應(yīng)大于15mm。
During the assembly of each pair of belt pulley or chain, the parallelism deviation of two shafts shall not be greater than 0.5g1000; the middle plane of the width of two wheels shall be on the same plane (it means that the two shafts are parallel), and its offset: the triangle belt pulley or sprocket shall not be greater than 1mm, and the flat belt shall not be greater than 15mm.
