廢水首先進入調(diào)節(jié)池調(diào)節(jié)水量,通過加入絮凝劑混合,使廢水中的細小懸浮物聚集成較大的礬花,再進入高效沉淀池,使大部分懸浮物沉淀,沉淀下的污泥通過重力作用由排泥管排至污泥池,上清液溢流至氧化池,在氧化池中通過投加酸調(diào)節(jié)PH值為略酸性,再投加氧化劑,氧化大部分的苯類、有機酸等化和物,降低CODCr,氧化后的廢水經(jīng)活性炭過濾器過濾,吸附剩余的苯類、酯、有機酸等,過濾懸浮物,保證出水達標排放。
